FCA’s latest Policy Development Update lists a number of publications due before the end of the year:
- policy statement on regulating CMCs
- policy statement on RTS and guidelines under PSD2
- rates proposals for covering the costs of OPBAS
- review of permitted links for insurers in relation to Patient Capital and a discussion paper on Patient Capital investment in authorised funds and
- consultation on DEPP and EG changes consequent on the EU Securitisation Regulation
