The latest batch of draft SIs published under the EU (Withdrawal) Act to ensure continuity of legal framework in the event of a no-deal Brexit relate to:

Venture Capital Funds;

Social Entrepreneurship Funds; and

Money Laundering and Transfer of Funds.
