Sir Brian Leveson and Lisa Osofsky (among others) were listed to give evidence to the Bribery Act Committee. They were expected to be asked questions such as:
- whether a company that self-reports at an early stage should be offered a DPA as a matter of course;
- the truth in a belief that some of the UK’s largest companies might always be offered a DPA regardless of the circumstances and
- whether they agreed with TI’s belief that punishing individuals is the best deterrent
