CMA has published its administrative timetable for implementation of the investment consultancy and fiduciary management market remedies. There will be:
- Consultation on the draft Order in February;
- Notification to the EU of any proposals that would be super-equivalent to MiFID 2 in April; and
- the statutory deadline for implementing the remedial action in June.
