Following its consultation on general standards and communication rules for payment services and e-money sectors, the FCA has now published final rules and guidance on, among other matters, the extension of the Principles for Business and rules on communication in BCOBS to certain payment service providers and e-money issuers.
The new rules and guidance will apply from 1 August 2019.
