Pay.UK update on APP fraud reimbursement

Following publication of its call for information in August , Pay.UK has now announced its conclusions and recommendation.

Pay.UK concluded that the call for information revealed a lack of consensus among payment providers on how to fund “no-blame” reimbursement and therefore Pay.UK has urged regulators and industry to work together to find a solution to ensure that these victims are indeed reimbursed.
