The European Commission has updated its website to show the state of transposition and infringement actions in respect of the Money Laundering Directives. The UK is no longer mentioned.
In respect of MLD4, all Member States have notified full transposition, but the website states there is infringement action open against 14 (although only 13 are named).
In respect of MLD5, 11 Member States have communicated full transposition measures, 12 partial transposition measures, and 4 Member States have not communicated any at all. But infringement proceedings are outstanding against 22
