Following the first case management conference in FCA’s test case on business interruption insurance, it has now published details of the order made by Mr Justice Butcher. The order:
- agrees to an expedited case in accordance with FCA’s desired timetable;
- says that the Financial Markets Test Case Scheme will apply and
- agrees to live-streaming of the second case management conference (on 26 June) and final hearing (starting on 20 July)
