JMLSG has reminded firms of FCA’s guidance on managing financial crime risks throughout Covid-19 and has also commented on the disruption the pandemic is causing to documents often relied on for CDD purposes. It noted in particular that firms would need to assess how to deal with documents which are exceptionally extended, such as driving licences.
