The latest Policy Development Update notes a reinvigoration of FCA in publishing consultation and discussion papers before the end of the calendar year. It plans:
- consultation on amendments to accommodate the Breathing Space Regulations;
- consultation on fees policy;
- feedback to its consultation on debt advice levy rates; and
- policy or feedback statement on SEAR
It is also considering a policy statement on general insurance value measures reporting. There is, though, no date given for outstanding feedback on several proposals in various quarterly consultations.
