The European Commission has launched a consultation on its review of the AIFMD. The consultation is open until 29 January 2021. The Commission wants to gather views from AIFMs, distributors, industry representatives, investors, investor associations, regulators and consumers on potential changes, and invites responses by way of an online questionnaire.
