RegData is set to replace Gabriel as the FCA’s data collection platform and will offer an enhanced user experience.
FCA says the benefits of RegData will include:

- New online resources including explainer videos and user guides;
- Single sign-on between Connect and RegData;
- An intuitive layout;
- Finding draft, past, due or overdue data items;
- Helpful messaging and clearer error flags;
- Step-by-step and smarter validation; and
- Improved form navigation and auto-save.
