EBA has published a report analysing how well AML/CFT supervisory colleges are working. It is pleased that regulators are putting significant effort into setting up colleges, and has reported on good and poor practice it has observed. EBA was particularly pleased at willingness to share information, but criticised failures in communication that often meant there was no or limited opportunities for participation by other relevant authorities.
