CPS updates on failure to disclose prosecution factors

Scales of Justice ( Lady of Justice) of the Central Criminal Court fondly known as The Old Bailey in the city of London, England, UK

CPS has updated its guidance on prosecuting “standalone” failure to disclose offences under s330 POCA. It can now (from 2 June) bring a prosecution regardless of whether a predicate money laundering offence has been substantiated.

CPS has made the change to encourage more professionals working in the regulated sector to disclose their suspicions.
