The first commencement order for the FS Act 2021 bring into force:
- on 9 June, sections 3-5 and Schedule 3 on prudential regulation of credit institutions by PRA
- on 26 June, section 7 and part of Schedule 4 on amendments to the CRR
- on 1 July, section 2 and Schedule 2 on prudential regulation of certain FCA investment firms
- on 1 January 2022, section 1 and Schedule 1 on exclusion of certain investment firms from the CRR, and the rest of Schedule 4
