FCA’s latest Handbook Notice confirms, among other things:
- changes to SUP to clarify what FCA expects to see reported on form FIN-A
- changes to LIBOR rules (previously reported in FIN) and
- changes to the value measures reporting and monitoring rules in respect of the requirement to submit value measures reports where the relevant policy includes a legal expenses product element
- changes to the PERG guidance on payment services
- changes to the technical standards on SCA
- the claims management fees rules
- the rules on the “final nudge” on pensions guidance and
- changes on disclosures of climate-related financial information
