FCA has noted the multiple impacts that financial markets will feel following the Russian invasion of Ukraine itself and the wide range of sanctions imposed by numerous jurisdictions on Russia, Russian individuals and businesses.
It reminds issues of securities admitted to UK trading venues of their disclosure obligations under MAR.
