In response to the illegal annexation of 4 Ukrainian regions, the Government has imposed sweeping new sanctions the effect of which is to deny Russia access to key services including IT consultancy, architectural services, engineering services and certain legal advisory services. The new measures also ban the export of nearly 700 goods that are crucial to Russia’s industrial and technological capabilities.
