JMLSG has published amendments to several parts of its guidance, and has submitted the updated versions to Treasury for approval.
The revisions update:
- Chapter 5 of Part 1 (5.5.11) to update provisions on high-risk third countries and EDD measures, alongside risk factor guidelines for EDD in Annex 5-IV
- Chapter 5 also in respect of discrepancy reporting (5.3.129A) and the part of chapter 5 on CDD measures for other trusts and foundations and
- Chapter 4 and 7 of Part 1 in respect of proliferation financing.
