PSR’s Annual Plan for 2023/24 sets an ambitious work programme, building on existing initiatives. One priority will be shaping the delivery of the New Payments Architecture. The PSR says it needs to evolve its approach to be quick to respond to, and influence, emerging trends in payments. The report focuses on:
- protection;
- competition;
- unlocking account-to-account payments; and
- access and choice.
