The Wolfsberg Group has published updated ABC Compliance Programme Guidance. The guidance updates the 2017 version and sets out the critical elements to a good compliance programme to mitigate ABC risks. The update incorporates learnings from recent enforcement actions and expands previous guidance on customer and transaction corruption risks. It also includes a new section on identifying, reporting, and mitigating emerging bribery and corruption risks.
