FCA has reminded firms that the US Dollar LIBOR panel ends on 30 June. It is warning market participants to be aware that the overnight and 12-month settings will cease after final publication on 30 June. It has confirmed that the 1, 3 and 6 month settings will be published in synthetic form until the end of September 2024 but may only be used in legacy contracts.
