A motion to be moved when the Lords next considers the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Bill will propose a further compromise with the Commons by exempting from the offence newly defined “small” organisations – with new size criteria significantly larger than those for the micro-organisations the Lords previously proposed to exempt.
