The National Audit Office has published a report that looks at why the pensions dashboard programme introduction suffered delays. One key cause it identified is shortage of digital skills. The final connection deadline ended up being postponed by a year to 31 October 2026, and the DWP has not yet specified when pension dashboards will become available to users.
