FCA to run Consumer Duty webinar

The FCA is hosting a webinar on 31 July 2024 to mark one year since the implementation of the Consumer Duty. It will focus on:

• the impact the Duty has had in its first year;
• examples of good practice and areas for improvement; and
• the FCA’s priorities for the next 12 months.
