The FCA has updated its CFRF information on its website with details of the October 2024 guides. The new guides relate to:
- nature-related risk – a handbook for financial institutions;
- short term scenarios; and
- mobilising adaptation finance to build resilience.
The guides are all intended to help banks, asset managers and insurers to frame nature as a risk and adapt their risk management techniques to emerging practices. They are also aimed at encouraging increased investment into climate adaptation to respond to the physical risks the industry faces.
