HMT has published a MoU between the Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI) and the United States Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), to facilitate the exchange of information between the organisations on implementing and enforcing sanctions.
Their cooperation under the MoU may also include conducting coordinated investigations, training of personnel, discussion on regulatory expectations and economic analysis.
