The PRA is consulting on a package of various amendments to its rulebook none of which are substantive. The changes relate to:
- giving effect to the deference arrangements under the Berne Agreement;
- a change to the TMTP calculation formula;
- a change to the “no c0-mingling” requirement for insurance SPVs;
- various miscellaneous amendments to bring the Handbook up to date.
