The BoE has published its report on the results from the 2025 CCP Stress Test. The main conclusions from the test are:
- Central Counterparties have enough resource to absorb losses in an extreme global shutdown and the simultaneous default of multiple members; and
- CCPs would also be well positioned to absorb the impact of a wider range of scenarios.
