The FCDO, HM Treasury and OFSI guidance on preparing for the UK Sanctions List that will be the only source of UK sanctions designations from 28 January has been updated.
There is now a new checklist section, and a section confirming that the list of persons named in relation to financial and investment restrictions relating to Russia will continue to be a separate list, but it will be replaced with a simpler table. The sections on the formats of the Sanctions List and the search tool have also been updated.
