Gemini Payments UK, an EMIL, and Gemini Intergalactic UK, a registered cryptoasset firm, have announced plans to exit the UK market. All customer accounts will be closed from 6 April, following a phased wind-down exercise. The FCA is working with the firms during the wind-down period and until the permissions and registration are cancelled.
