The FCA has created a new webpage about the Consumer Duty. The main page summarises what the Duty is and highlights what the FCA expects to see in each outcome. It also notes its recognition that smaller firms, while expected still to deliver the same good outcomes as larger ones, are able to apply the Duty proportionately. The page also links to updated resource pages.
