The PRA has finalised a set of low impact amendments to its rules on Fees, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise and SS3/18, and is consulting on more, which will:
- update the Groups part of the Rulebook;
- make consequential updates to various rules relating to the Capital Requirements Regulations;
- amend the countercyclical buffer rates UK technical standard;
- change the frequency of the O-SII review and firms in scope of the buffer; and
- update the PRA’s approach to publishing Solvency II technical information.
It asks for comments by 12 May.
