A report into the implementation of parts 1 to 3 of ECCTA says the changes to company registration have delivered tangible benefits. It says nearly 4 million individuals have verified their identity since November 2025, and linked their appointments. Over 150,000 company addresses have been removed from the register and Companies House is now on track to deliver the next phase of reforms.
