The FCA has updated its website page on the Wider Implications Framework to include the last annual report. The report looks at how the FCA, FOS and FSCS have collaborated to share intelligence and information on new and emerging issues. It gives examples of the work on motor finance commission, the pensions value for money framework, and APP fraud. In terms of collaboration, the project to modernise the redress system is the main one, but the report also looks at how the various organisations have worked together to ensure the Consumer Duty is working, giving the example of how the FCA and MaPS have met to look at how MaPS has worked to align its standards with the Duty. The report also looks at the work of the Pension Scams Action Group.
