The latest Occasional Consultation Paper from the PRA covers changes to the Rulebook, Supervisory Statements, Statements of Policy and Forms, in the following areas:
- Reporting – amendment to the Branch Return Form and amendments to the reporting templates for calculating risk based levies
- Ring fencing – imposition of financial penalties
- Written reports by external auditors to the PRA, and
- Minor updates to the Depositor Protection and Policyholder Protection Part
Comments are sought by 22 November for the proposed changes to the Branch Return Form, and 22 January 2019 for all other matters covered in the paper.
