On 22 November 2018, DExEU published the Draft Political Declaration setting out the framework for the future relationship between the United Kingdom and the European Union (“Draft Declaration“).
The Draft Declaration puts forward proposals for the future working relationship between the EU and the UK, including a new framework for the financial services market.
