The EBA has published its Annual Report for 2018. The Report records the key areas of focus for the EBA in 2018, in particular the development and maintenance of the single rulebook, and the work on payments and the implementation of PSD2 across the EU.
It also describes the EBA’s priorities for 2019, which include:
- preparing for the implementation of Basel III in the EU,
- contributing to the Commission’s action plan on sustainable finance,
- the development of a consistent and effective AML/CTF supervision framework, and
- the relocation of the EBA to Paris.
