PRA has issued a further consultation on applying existing prudential consolidation requirements to financial holding companies and mixed financial holding companies approved or designated under FSMA. The proposals:
- will result in changes to several parts of the PRA Rulebook in terms of the prudential requirements; and
- would results in new and changes Statements of Policy on enforcement measures and the application of penalties to these entities.
PRA asks for comment by 22 July with a view to introducing the changes from 15 September.
