FCA has updated a number of pages on its website to reflect the forthcoming IFPR. Among other things, it has updated its pages on:
- authorisation applications for wholesale investment firms
- capital requirements permissions and
- forms (including a MIFIDPRU supplement form)
It notes that firms applying for change and waivers now cannot be sure their applications will have been processed by the time the IFPR takes effect, and should be considering what transitional provisions there are.
