The FOS maximum compensation limit will increase from 1 April 2024. It will be:
- £430,000 for claims referred to FOS on or after 1 April 2024 about acts or omissions by firms on or after 1 April 2019; and
- £195,000 for claims referred on or after 1 April 2024 relating to things that happened before 1 April 2019
