The results of the latest banking satisfaction surveys released by the CMA show:
- Monzo and Starling are the top of both personal and business current account providers; and
- RBS and the Co-operative Bank scoring badly on both counts.
Chase scored highly also for personal current accounts and Tide and Handelsbanken for business.
