Treasury has published the latest commencement regulations bringing into force provisions of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023.
In particular, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2023 (Commencement No. 7) Regulations 2024 cover provisions relating to securitisation and revocation of assimilated law due to come into force 1 November 2024.
