The FCA has confirmed that, in line with the policy that the FOS limit automatically adjusts to keep pace with inflation, the limits from 1 April 2025 will be £445,000 for complaints referred on or after that date about acts or omissions that took place on or after 1 April 2019 (and £200,000 for those that took place before 1 April 2019). The FCA has updated the table in DISP to reflect this.
