The PRA has published its final policy on introducing a new accelerated pathway for UK ISPV applications in respect of some types of catastrophe bonds which will mean that applications meeting set conditions can be approved within 10 working days of the PRA receiving a complete application. Other changes will make it easier for other activities to be carried out in the UK and will streamline senior management requirements for all UK ISPVs.
