The FCA has charged Shaun Lawrence for unauthorised mortgage broking activities.
Mr Lawrence had previously been authorised to give mortgage advice, but had his permissions revoked in 2008, and was simultaneously fined and banned from working in the financial services industry. He is set to appear before Hull Magistrates’ Court on 2 July 2026.
