Treasury has published some new draft statutory instruments to be made under the EU (Withdrawal) Act, or announced plans to make them, and also updated existing drafts. New or updated documents include Regulations on :
- plans for the Solvency II and Insurance measures
- Bank Recovery and Resolution
- Credit Rating Agencies (FCA has also published an information page on registration as a CRA, trade repository or DRSP)
- e-money and payment services providers and payment systems, and on credit transfers and direct debits in euro
- Short Selling
- Deposit Guarantee Scheme
- Bank recovery and resolution
- A set of drafts affecting investment funds and managers and
- Trade Repositories
BEIS has also published a draft of amendments to the Consumer Protection (Enforcement) Regulations.
