BBRS launches independent and transparent liaison panels

The Business Banking Resolution Service (BBRS) has launched two liaison panels which have been set up to act as independent and transparent advisory councils to the BBRS.

The panels will create a feedback loop between the BBRS and its banking and SME stakeholders – the BBRS will share insights (including relating to SME banking complaints) and thematic data and the panels will provide comments and feedback.

The panels will also be able to make recommendations to the BBRS but will not have any decision-making powers.
