Emma RadmoreFCA has updated its webpage on how to apply for authorisation to warn firms that it is receiving an extremely high volume of applications from credit intermediaries, such that allocating a case officer is taking up to 6 months. It stresses that firms should ensure applications when submitted have no information missing, to minimise the prospect the application will be considered as incomplete (and therefore give FCA longer to assess).
