JMLSG consults on syndicated lending changes

JMLSG is consulting on a proposed change to the Syndicated Lending chapter within part 2 of its guidance, to include a new paragraph on the risk-based measures that may be appropriate for each lender in a syndicate when reviewing the CDD on a borrower before becoming a lender of record. In low-risk situations, it may be acceptable to become a lender of record and then complete any outstanding DD. It asks for comment on this by 17 January 2022.
